Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues regarding bookings.
Ensure compliance with all travel regulations and policies.
Foster relationships with various service providers in the travel industry.
Track and report on reservation activities and trends.

Requirements
Education
Matric or equivalent
Diploma in Tourism or related field is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a travel agent role.
