Job Description

As a Dyer, you will be responsible for dyeing textile materials to ensure vibrant colors and consistency. This role involves operating dyeing machinery, preparing dye solutions, and monitoring the dyeing process to meet production quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dye solutions and mix appropriate colors for fabric dyeing.
• Operate dyeing equipment and machines.
• Follow precise dyeing formulas and instructions to achieve desired color shades.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the dyeing process.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of dyeing chemicals and materials.
• Collaborate with the Dyeing Supervisor to troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dyeing processes and color formulas.
• Monitor and adjust dyeing parameters as necessary.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
• Assist in training new team members on dyeing techniques and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or certification in textile dyeing is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in textile dyeing or similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
