• Monitor training budgets and ensure training is cost-effective.
• Develop online training resources for remote application.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business goals.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to empower other leaders.
• Gather feedback from participants to refine training approaches.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on training initiatives.
• Lead workshops to enhance team-building and communication skills.
• Report on the impact of training programs to the HR team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in training and development or HR roles
