Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage workplace disputes and provide conflict resolution strategies.
  • Facilitate training programs that cater to employee growth.
  • Monitor HR trends and legal changes to ensure compliance.
  • Engage in talent management and succession planning.
  • Support payroll administration and benefits management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
