Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide efficient and reliable support to our customers in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring a seamless IT experience for users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system software, hardware, and networking.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years in an IT support role

• Experience with Active Directory
• Remote Support Tools

Certifications
