Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Create style guides and design systems for consistency.
• Review and finalize designs before development handoff.
• Collaborate on creating user personas and scenarios.
• Identify opportunities for improving the user journey.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into designs.
• Maintain awareness of competitive products and industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interactive Design or related field
• Master's degree in UX Design is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Figma
• InVision

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Teamwork

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies.: Knowledge of Agile practices for design projects.
• Familiarity with user testing tools.: Experience with tools like UsabilityHub and Lookback.
