Job Description

We are seeking a professional Legal Advisor with comprehensive knowledge of various legal matters including corporate law, contracts, and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sound legal advice, drafting contracts, and assisting in legal negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve business goals.
• Conduct training sessions on legal matters for staff.
• Review and update company policies to ensure compliance.
• Engage with regulatory bodies as required.
• Monitor compliance with legal changes and advise on necessary actions.
• Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure smooth execution.
• Handle litigation matters and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Create and maintain a legal database for the firm's records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's degree in Corporate Law preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a legal advisory capacity
