Responsibilities

• Design detailed test cases and document all testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Evaluate software performance under various conditions and produce detailed analyses.
• Work with developers to reproduce issues and suggest fixes.
• Assist in training new QA team members on processes and tools.
• Administer automated testing tools and contribute to automation efforts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance testing processes.
• Provide insights to improve software usability and functionality based on testing outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Test Automation

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages
