Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Overhead Crane Operator to join our team in ensuring the safe movement of materials within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in operating overhead cranes, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate overhead cranes to manage the movement of materials within the facility.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks and maintenance on cranes to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for loading and unloading all materials.
  • Keep a thorough log of crane activities and maintenance schedules.
  • Work closely with other team members to meet production targets and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any equipment issues and notify maintenance personnel.
  • Participate in safety training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of crane operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years operating overhead cranes in an industrial setting.
