Responsibilities

• Direct the administration of the facility to improve service delivery.
• Monitor healthcare legislation and implement necessary changes.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with suppliers and service providers.
• Conduct training for staff on new practices and procedures.
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvements.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure cohesive operations.
• Prepare reports for management on facility performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in healthcare management
