We are seeking a talented and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team in Port Elizabeth. As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of animal health issues while providing exceptional care to both pets and their owners. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for animal welfare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of anaesthesia and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain accurate veterinary records and documentation.
• Engage in continuing education to upskill and improve practice.
• Work closely with veterinary technicians and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and veterinary standards.
• Promote a positive and caring environment for both pets and owners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc)
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mixed practice preferred
