Job Description

We are currently hiring a Financial Analyst to join our Pretoria office. The successful candidate will contribute to our financial planning and analysis efforts by conducting detailed data analysis, creating financial models, and delivering actionable insights that drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to guide strategic planning.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Evaluate financial performance against industry benchmarks.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on financial data.
• Work closely with the finance team to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Create ad hoc financial analysis as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CFA or similar qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
