Job Description

We are on the lookout for an AI Research Scientist to join our innovative team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, coupled with a passion for research and application of AI technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to advance our research initiatives and contribute to the development of AI models that can influence various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments to test AI models.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scale AI solutions.
• Document research processes and results for future reference.
• Engage in knowledge sharing with the AI research community.
• Lead projects from conception through deployment.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or related discipline
• PhD in a relevant field is highly desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of industrial experience in AI research
