Job Description

We are currently seeking an IT Systems Engineer in Pretoria to manage our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
• Provide troubleshooting support for network and server issues.
• Collaborate with external vendors to solve technical problems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions.
• Participate in the IT support rotation for after-hours assistance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or closely related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience
