We are seeking a detail-oriented Advertising Project Specialist to manage and execute advertising campaigns from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a knack for creative problem-solving, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of advertising projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Conduct regular quality checks on project output to maintain high standards.
• Manage client communications and expectations throughout the project.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights and data analysis.
• Create and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate post-campaign evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and records.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
• Support the marketing team in other initiatives as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management is preferred
• Relevant marketing certifications are beneficial

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in advertising project management
