Architect (Design)

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Architect (Design) to bring architectural visions to life through innovative and sustainable design. You will collaborate closely with clients from concept to completion, addressing challenges creatively and developing designs that enhance the environment and meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and concepts from initial sketches to detailed plans.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with structural and civil engineers to ensure designs meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Use CAD software to create models and drawings accurately.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on building codes and regulations to ensure all designs are compliant.
• Collaborate with interior designers to incorporate functional aesthetics into designs.
• Ensure projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
• Facilitate meetings with project teams to discuss design progress and changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certification in Sustainable Design
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Sustainable Design Practices: Knowledge of eco-friendly practices in architectural design.
• Experience with Project Management Software: Proficiency in software tools like Trello or Asana for project tracking.
