Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Architect (Design) to bring architectural visions to life through innovative and sustainable design. You will collaborate closely with clients from concept to completion, addressing challenges creatively and developing designs that enhance the environment and meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from conception to completion.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using the latest software.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses to inform design decisions.
• Liaise with contractors and consultants throughout the construction process.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in all designs.
• Research and integrate sustainable practices into architectural designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design quality.
• Provide mentorship to junior architects and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certification in Sustainable Design
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Hands-on Experience in Urban Design: Expertise in urban planning and landscape architecture.
