Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and closure of projects in our East London office. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project outcomes and report findings to stakeholders.
• Lead risk management efforts to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Establish and maintain project documentation and records.
• Foster a collaborative project environment through effective communication.
• Continuously seek ways to improve project delivery processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field is an advantage
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in leading projects

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies

• Negotiation
• Team Building

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with project management software like Asana: Experience in using Asana or similar tools to track project progress.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies: Understanding of Lean principles and their application in enhancing efficiency.
