Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated Hospitality Manager to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. This role requires an individual with experience in hotel management, customer service, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a superior guest experience while managing daily operations and driving team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the hotel team in providing top-notch guest services.
  • Monitor daily operational standards and staff performance.
  • Plan and implement strategies for customer retention.
  • Develop training programs to improve staff skills.
  • Manage hotel budgets, including revenue forecasting.
  • Ensure high levels of cleanliness and maintenance in all areas.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment for team members.
  • Evaluate and update standard operating procedures for efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Hospitality-specific certifications are a plus
