Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff to ensure quality service and adherence to protocols.
• Plan and manage budgets, including labor and food costs.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and promote a positive dining experience.
• Evaluate and implement new menu items based on customer preferences.
• Coordinate with suppliers for fresh produce and inventory supplies.
• Monitor online and offline reviews to enhance restaurant reputation.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability among staff.
• Enforce company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
• Additional management training preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
