Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor patient health through assessments and exams.
• Tailor care plans to meet individual patient goals.
• Implement treatment protocols as per medical guidelines.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Guide patients in understanding health conditions and treatments.
• Execute diagnostic tests and evaluate outcomes.
• Document patient interactions and treatment results meticulously.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
