Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients’ needs, strengths, and limitations.
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans promoting recovery and independence.
• Provide hands-on assistance with therapy techniques and exercises.
• Analyze and report treatment progress to the healthcare team.
• Engage with family members to create a supportive home environment.
• Participate in educational workshops and community outreach programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust plans accordingly.

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Zulu: Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.
• Experience with community outreach programs: Exposure to working in community health initiatives.
