• Prepare and manage budgets related to design and construction phases.
• Negotiate contracts with contractors for project execution.
• Stay informed about architectural trends and materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Master's degree in Urban Planning is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural firms

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• BIM software expertise

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
