Job Description

We are in search of an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining IT systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and assist users in resolving technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.
• Set up user accounts and permissions on IT systems.
• Assist with IT project implementations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and user guides.
• Assist in backup and recovery operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
