Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Workforce Training Manager to oversee training initiatives within our Pretoria location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs that enhance the skills of our workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Create training manuals, online courses, and other instructional materials.
  • Evaluate training programs for effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Nurture partnerships with educational institutions for training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HR to integrate training results into employee performance reviews.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the learning environment and employee engagement.
  • Foster a positive learning culture and promote professional development opportunities.
  • Monitor and report budget expenditures related to training programs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on training strategies and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Education or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training management
