Job Description

As a Training Coordinator, you will spearhead our training efforts in Durban by designing and executing comprehensive training plans. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for development, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to ensure effective skill enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement comprehensive training strategies that meet company-wide needs.
  • Coordinate training events, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
  • Analyze employee feedback to refine training programs.
  • Work with management to understand team-specific training requirements.
  • Conduct training session evaluations to measure success.
  • Compile and manage training documentation and reports.
  • Facilitate coaching sessions and group discussions.
  • Monitor industry best practices and recommend improvements.
  • Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Assist in the design of online training modules.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Master's degree in Training and Development is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a training coordination role.
