Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee daily hotel operations in Durban. This role requires a dynamic individual with robust leadership skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences. You will manage staff, ensure compliance with standards, and optimize guest satisfaction through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all operational aspects of the hotel to enhance guest experiences.
  • Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff for various departments.
  • Create and implement policies that promote a safe and hospitable environment.
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments.
  • Plan and oversee special events hosted at the hotel.
  • Monitor guest feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for hotel needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
  • Additional certifications in hospitality management preferred
