This role involves managing staff, coordinating with various departments, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel staff in delivering exemplary service to all guests.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost-saving and revenue generation.
• Arrange for regular maintenance and upgrades to hotel facilities.
• Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and friendly environment.
• Work with departmental heads to streamline operations and improve teamwork.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

• 5+ years of experience in hotel management
