• Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost-saving and revenue generation.
• Arrange for regular maintenance and upgrades to hotel facilities.
• Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and friendly environment.
• Work with departmental heads to streamline operations and improve teamwork.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Leadership Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
• Financial Management Strong understanding of hotel financial operations and budgeting.
• Customer Service Expertise in enhancing guest experiences and handling complaints.
• Communication Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving Effective at resolving complex operational challenges.
• Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS)
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS): Knowledge of commonly used software for managing hotel operations.
• Experience in event planning and management: Skills in coordinating and executing events within the hotel.
