• Handle IT tickets and prioritize according to urgency.
• Collaborate with vendors for equipment repairs and support.
• Assist in the setup of IT infrastructure for new employees.
• Participate in IT projects and improvements.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new systems.
• Retain updated knowledge of security protocols and software.
• Interact with other departments to deliver cohesive support.
• Ensure proper security measures are followed for IT equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in IT support or related roles
