Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tool Hardener to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for hardening various types of tools and machinery using a range of techniques and methods, ensuring that they meet the specified quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced equipment to heat treat and harden tools effectively.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Provide feedback on tool performance and suggest adjustments for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Metallurgy or similar field preferred

Experience

• Proven experience with a range of heat treatment techniques and equipment.

Technical Skills

• CNC Machines
• CAD Software

• Adaptability

Advantageous

• Familiarity with safety regulations: Knowledge of ISO standards or safety protocols related to heat treatment.
• Experience with Forge Software: Hands-on experience with software used for controlling heat treatment processes.
