As a Structural Engineer at Innovative Structures Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing various projects. You will work closely with architects and contractors to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Civil Engineering or related field
• MSc in Structural Engineering preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in structural and civil engineering

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Structural Design Codes

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Time Management

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer
• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM): Experience with BIM practices and tools for efficient project delivery.
• Knowledge of South African National Standards (SANS): Understanding of SANS relevant to structural engineering.
