Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager in Cape Town who can oversee projects from initial planning through to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective leadership, ensuring projects meet goals on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
  • Define project objectives and prepare detailed project plans.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
  • Guide the project team through all phases of project delivery.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies.
  • Encourage team engagement through recognition and support.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts within project teams.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience leading projects
