As an Internal Auditor based in Durban, you will play a key role in evaluating the effectiveness of our internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position demands strong analytical capabilities and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed audits of financial statements and internal controls.
• Assess compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance financial accuracy.
• Identify risks and suggest improvements to mitigate them.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Assist in the development of audit plans and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CA, CIMA) is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in auditing or finance
