Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and tickets effectively and promptly.
  • Support installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Manage antivirus updates and security patches.
  • Monitor and maintain IT equipment and inventory.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to employees.
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Stay up to date with latest IT trends and tools.
  • Perform routine backups and data recovery.
  • Help maintain a safe and secure IT environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in IT support or help desk roles
