UX Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a UX Researcher to understand user needs and drive design decisions through qualitative and quantitative research in Cape Town. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to gather user insights.
• Work closely with the design team to iteratively improve UX based on research findings.
• Synthesize research data into comprehensive reports to guide product strategies.
• Present research findings to stakeholders and recommend design enhancements.
• Collaborate on user testing sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to foster innovative solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Factors, or a related discipline
• Master's degree in User Experience Design is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX research or design

• User Testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Agile Environments: Ability to work within Agile methodologies and contribute to sprints.
