Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of all fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure timely repairs and maintenance are performed on all vehicles.
  • Develop efficient routing plans to reduce time and fuel consumption.
  • Monitor driver performance and conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Set and monitor performance goals for the fleet team.
  • Manage the procurement process of fleet vehicles and equipment.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure fleet compliance.
  • Implement a driver feedback system to promote safe driving practices.
  • Conduct market research to keep up with fleet management trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align fleet operations with company goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in fleet operations
