Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and building strong relationships with clients. You will leverage your expertise in recruiting to ensure we attract the best talent for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Negotiate job offers and assist in onboarding new hires.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidates and job postings.
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients regarding recruitment practices.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or certification in Recruitment or HR Management is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Social Media Recruitment
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Problem-Solving
• Time Management

Advantageous

• Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate with candidates in different languages is a plus.
