Job Description

As an HR Consultant based in Cape Town, you will oversee HR operations, advise on best practices, and support management in implementing effective HR strategies. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of excellence in human resources management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR consulting services to various departments within the organization.
  • Enhance organizational effectiveness by implementing HR initiatives.
  • Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover metrics.
  • Play a key role in employee recognition and rewards programs.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits analysis.
  • Engage with employees to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
  • Support the development of company policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor and report on HR KPIs for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of working in HR roles with a focus on consulting
