Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Offer technical support for both software applications and hardware devices.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to printers, scanners, and network connectivity.

  • Assist in setting up new workstations and configuring software.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or similar roles
