Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our clients in various sectors. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, developing talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead candidate sourcing efforts through creative and strategic outreach.
• Evaluate candidate applications and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Engage with clients to understand corporate culture and specific needs.
• Offer market insights and salary expectations to clients.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to continual improvement of recruitment processes and practices.
• Report on recruitment metrics and provide updates to management.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in a corporate setting
