As a Recruitment Consultant in Pretoria, you'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering the best candidates to meet those requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Negotiate salaries and job offers between clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and client communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets.
• Assist in employer branding efforts to attract top talent.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
