Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be pivotal in the execution of clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include overseeing patient recruitment, data collection, and ensuring that all research activities comply with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient recruitment process and monitor patient safety throughout the trial.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess site performance and resolve issues.
• Ensure timely reporting of adverse events and protocol deviations.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the clinical trial.
• Support the development of study-specific materials and documentation.
• Monitor study progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in clinical research or related field
