Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that improve productivity, quality, and efficiency throughout the supply chain process. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Implement best practices for logistics and inventory management.
• Train and mentor team members in supply chain processes and systems.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Prepare reports for senior management on supply chain performance metrics.
• Lead initiatives to reduce costs and improve service levels across the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management

Technical Skills

• ERP Software
• Forecasting Techniques

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
