Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that warehouse activities are conducted efficiently and safely. You will lead a team and implement best practices to enhance productivity while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipping activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Develop and implement warehouse strategies to improve performance.
• Resolve any discrepancies in inventory and shipments.
• Foster teamwork and improve staff morale through engagement activities.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations/supervision
