We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning and executing events, with exceptional attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the events, from initial concept through to execution, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute all aspects of event coordination, ensuring flawless delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to event planning, including contracts, budgets, and agendas.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and engage attendees.
• Act as main point of contact during events, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts for event vendors and entertainment options.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, especially in corporate events

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
