Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Planner with a passion for creating memorable events. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning process for all events.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to event timelines and objectives.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to determine success and gather client feedback.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials for events.
  • Manage the event storage and inventory of supplies.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and vendors.
  • Utilize technology and social media to enhance event visibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Diploma in Event Planning or Hospitality is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in event coordination.
