Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects to optimize resource utilization and meet deadlines.
• Review and analyze project briefs, specifications, and feasibility reports.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigative measures.
• Foster communication between engineering teams and management.
• Evaluate technological advancements relevant to ongoing projects.
• Develop project automation strategies for improved workflow.
• Ensure quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate training for teams on new equipment and technology.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to nurture talent within the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree desired

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Engineering Design Software (Catia)
• Data Analysis Tools (MATLAB)

Certifications

• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)
• Lean Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
