Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Petrochemical Engineer to advance our project initiatives within the petrochemical sector. In this role, you will design processes, conduct research, and make recommendations for improvements. You will also be expected to stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process development projects from inception to implementation.
  • Evaluate and modify existing processes to minimize waste.
  • Work closely with safety officers to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, where applicable.
  • Attend industry conferences to network and promote company initiatives.
  • Research and adopt new technologies to enhance production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product standards.
  • Provide in-depth technical analysis for senior management reviews.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process-related failures.
  • Assist in developing training resources for new engineering hires.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in petrochemical design and development
