Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Guest Services Manager to lead our front-of-house team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a knack for providing outstanding guest experiences, managing a team, and coordinating daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests during their stay.
  • Manage reservation systems and ensure accurate billing.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss service strategies and updates.
  • Facilitate staff training on customer service best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector
