Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Training and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored training programs that drive employee engagement and develop skills in line with company objectives. Your expertise will help cultivate a culture of learning within our organisation, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet current and future challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Create interactive online training modules and resources.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
  • Implement training programs that drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee progress.
  • Foster a culture of learning by promoting available learning resources.
  • Utilize metrics to measure the impact of training on employee performance.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
  • Develop coaching plans for staff to enhance skills and performance.
  • Advocate for ongoing professional development across all levels.
  • Evaluate new training technologies and methods for implementation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or related field
  • Master's degree in Education or Training is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training environments
