Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will oversee various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct investigations on employee complaints and recommend solutions.
  • Organize team-building and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Review and improve HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR metrics and analytics for decision-making.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity
